How to solve the Computer Trouble shooting


Generally almost every person find in his personal computer some basic trouble, and he/she became nervous to solve that problem. In this site I will discuss about some basic trouble shooting of  the personal computer and make it reliable to you.



Most of the time problems can be fixed by using some simple troubleshooting techniques, like that closing and reopening the program. It's important to try these simple solutions before resorting to more extreme measures. If you find the problem is still ongoing and isn't fixed than you can try troubleshooting techniques, like that- re-install the software or hard drive partitioning in serious case.


1. Program Runs Slowly or isn't Working Right Way



- If a program is running slowly or not working in right way, than the first thing you should try to closing the program and reopening the program.

- You may also shut down your personal computer, wait a few seconds and than boot it up again. Some of the minor problems will work themselves out when you do that.
- Check with the company for any problems or update to the software.

2. Program is completely unresponsive



- If you find the program has become unresponsive, than you can press and hold Control+Alt+Delete on your keyboard to opening the Task Manager. After that select the program that isn't working and next to click the End Task. If you using the Mac, you can press the Option+Command+Esc to open the similar dialog box.


3. Problems on Monitor : No picture on Monitor


- Firstly confirm that the computer is turned on.
- Now check the Brightness Control located on your keyboard and/or the monitor, and make sure that it is not set too much low.
- Check the connections for the monitor and surge protector, and make sure the surge protector is turned on.

4. Monitor goes blank periodically


- You may have the screensaver enable. If the screen saver is enabled than just shake your mouse and your original Screen will appear. You can also change the screensaver settings by going to your Control Panel or in your system preference in case of using Mac.

5. No sound


- Check the volume control in your PC. In windows , the sound icon will usually see on the task bar, and you ca easily access to this sound options in the control panel. In case of Mac book sound options are found at the top of the screen or in system Preferences.
- Most of the media programs like that iTunes or windows media player have a volume control , that must be need to be turned up.
- Make sure that the speakers are turned on and volume level is not too low , if you are using the external speakers.
- You must have to be sure that your external speakers are connect to the correct audio port or a USB port. If your computer has color-coded ports, the audio output will be usually green.
- Connect headphones to the correct audio port, and determine if sounds is audible from the headphones.

6. Power Button will not start the Computer


- If you find that your computer does not begin start, than checking the power cord is plugged confirmly.
- If found that the plugged into an outlet, make sure it is working outlet often, this will require to plug a lamp or other electrical device into the outlet to make sure that it is receiving power.
- If you found the computer is plugged into the surge protector, verify that it is turned on. You can reset the surge protector by turn of and than turned it on again.
- If you are using your Laptop, then the battery may not be charged. You should plug the Ac adapter into the electricity and try to turned on the Laptop. If it is not still working then you may need to wait a few minutes and then try again.

7. Computer begins Randomly Rebooting or Crashing


- It is happened due to over heating . Make sure that the vents in the CPU case are not blocked and confirm that there is good airflow around your computer.
- You should have update your antivirus and  need to scan for virus.
